Welcome to Hills N Co ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (operated through Shopify) and the purchase of our sea moss products. By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Australian Consumer Law

2.1 Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • We sell natural sea moss products through our Shopify store
  • Product images are representative only
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
  • These statements have not been evaluated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)

3. Ordering and Payment

  • All prices include GST where applicable
  • Payment must be received in full before orders are shipped
  • International orders may be subject to additional taxes and duties

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Policy

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days
  • Delivery times:
    • Queensland: 1-3 business days
    • Other Australian states: 3-7 business days
    • International: 7-21 business days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location

4.2 Delivery

  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery
  • Please inspect all products upon receipt
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage or discrepancy

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt
  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • Item is defective
    • Item is not as described
    • Return is due to customer's statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving returned items
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs will be refunded if the return is due to our error or product fault
