Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase, as we make and pack fresh daily.
  • If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at info@hillsnco.com within this 24-hour window.
  • We operate Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Hills N Co offers Australia-wide shipping with the following options:

  • Express Shipping: [1–3 business days] $10
  • Free Shipping for orders over $120

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Local Pickup (If Available)

  • Free local pickup is available from West End Markets on Saturday and Milton Market on Sunday in Brisbane, Queensland. 
  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • We currently do/do not offer international shipping.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

  • Hills N Co is not responsible for courier delays.
  • If your package is lost or damaged, contact us at info@hillsnco.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please double-check your shipping address to avoid additional fees.

Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and sealed Raw Sea Moss products.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our sea moss gels, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or faulty
  • To initiate a return, customers must provide proof of purchase and contact us at info@hillsnco.com with your order number and photos.
